Lake Norman State Park...Killer Place To Run Trails! One of My Local Favorites.

    Great pictures - I ran the trails at LNSP last Sunday with my dog. Sometimes I take my son who rides his mountain bike while my dog and I keep up. Enjoy the recovery time, everyone needs it to stay healthy and it lets your body repair and get stronger.
